I mentor a young woman leaving foster care in her administrative steps and career planning

Mission description

When leaving foster care, young women must manage everything alone: housing, paperwork, budget, and career orientation. EL'OSE supports young women in Seine-Saint-Denis to build chosen autonomy. As a mentor, you'll support a 16-21 year old for at least six months, helping with administrative procedures, career planning, CV and motivation letters, job searches, interview preparation, and understanding workplace culture and norms.
