Employment mentorship at We Ker involves: accompanying youth in internship or first work experience searches, valuing, supporting, and encouraging youth through your work world knowledge, transmitting codes for accessing employment. Interview the young person monthly (in-person/video). We provide the space; the youth's counselor or project manager will assist. Consider meeting to discuss. Mentorship is living intergenerational solidarity! Contact Chrystelle BENIS.
