I mentor a young person seeking an apprenticeship/internship/work-based training in the energy sector

Mission description

Finding your first job or apprenticeship is challenging, especially without guidance. Through Le Déclic, young people reach out for support with their applications (CV, cover letter, interview preparation, job search techniques, etc.). As a mentor, you guide a young person on your own schedule through our platform. After identifying areas where you can help, you develop an action plan and track their progress. A typical mentorship lasts three months at 2-3 hours per month.
