Mission description

It's essential that people at risk of relational isolation benefit from regular, caring contact. Such isolation can be addressed through phone calls, video calls, or other communication means. I'm matched with an isolated person through an association or public organization. My role: exchange with the person, check on them, and report alerts to the structures if needed regarding their physical or mental health and expressed needs. When I commit to contacting elderly people, people with disabilities, those living in poverty or precarity, or isolated individuals, I commit to following established protocols.
