Mission description

As a youth category educator, you assist the Category Manager in the operational management of the category. You are primarily present during sessions, matches, and competitions with a coaching mission. The role requires rigor, seriousness, pedagogy, listening skills, and autonomy. You will assist with group management, lead teams during competitions, run sessions independently, and collaborate on team organization.
