I coordinate a volunteer team supporting elderly residents in nursing homes

Mission description

Loïs Kath is an association combating isolation of elderly residents in Pontoise nursing homes through regular or occasional visits, painting workshops, and musical and theatrical performances. To expand these initiatives, we seek an assistant coordinator volunteer to support the co-founder in organizing the association and leading the volunteer team. This versatile role covers: volunteer recruitment—managing announcements and applications via jeveuxaider, representing the association at the annual associations forum; team coordination—organizing volunteer meetings, follow-up, and more.
