I accompany elderly people and/or people with disabilities on cultural outings and leisure activities

Mission description

At Tandem, volunteers are committed companions driven by humanistic values of mutual aid and solidarity. Your volunteer work enables vulnerable people to access leisure and cultural activities. A driving license is required. We need volunteers of all kinds: students, professionals, retirees. You contribute according to your availability—your help can be occasional or frequent, with no requirement for regularity. You give according to your interests: for example, Marcel, a volunteer who enjoys sports, accompanied Jean, a person with disabilities, to a basketball game, while Simone, who loves reading and walking, paired up with Julie, an elderly person, at the local library.
