Offer coffee in a caring and welcoming environment. The delegation provides training on: Caritas (Catholic Relief), reception and listening in helping relationships. You'll work initially alongside another volunteer and integrate into the team. Your role: welcome people, listen, offer coffee and your time, propose accompaniment and follow-up for those who wish it in their challenges, projects and life situations, lead workshops, and provide comfort and mutual support within the service.
