Provide presence, offer a smile and compassionate listening to elderly people or patients to ease their loneliness. Engage in conversation and help lighten their day. Volunteer at partnered facilities. An experienced volunteer will accompany you initially. Serve the Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Aubagne, and La Ciotat areas. Visit regularly (once per week or every two weeks) for 2-3 hours. An enriching role based on human connection, solidarity, and empathy.
