Conduct legal and regulatory oversight in medical-social law (facilities, user rights, partnerships) and elder protection law, signaling useful developments. Analyze and draft standard documents: contracts, leases, partnership agreements, and framework documents. Contribute to regulatory compliance in activities and facilities (user rights, GDPR, project security). Support the legal team with research, synthesis notes, and decision security. Founded in 2023, our association already has numerous engaged partners and opened its first Maison de l'enVie in Seine-Saint-Denis, Drancy. Our dynamic, involved team is growing.
