Mission description

For 40 years, Habitat and Humanisme has addressed isolation among people in precarious situations by promoting housing, integration, and rebuilding social bonds. Within Habitat and Humanisme Somme, a team of 5 staff and 33 volunteers work daily to help people affected by poor housing live in dignity and regain confidence and independence in decent, affordable housing in balanced neighborhoods. Accompaniment is integral to the association's mission. Each person or family receives support from a social worker in collaboration with a volunteer. Your role includes: helping families with housing setup in coordination with the social worker.
