Two-fold objective! The young person you mentor receives personalized support that strengthens their confidence, broadens their perspectives, and reveals new possibilities. For you, it's an opportunity to develop skills, access enriching training, integrate into a supportive community, and value your commitment. Together, you create a bond that benefits both. Afev is a seedbed of engagement! 80% of our volunteers are doing so for the first time. Our mission is an excellent entry point into association work as volunteers are well supported by a mentor in their actions.
