I coordinate volunteers and teams of an association brigade

Mission description

At Prends-en une part!, we run participatory cooking brigades to improve health through food and create social connections in Cergy-Pontoise. As Personnel Manager, you ensure the human framework of the association. You support volunteers, employees, and temporary workers so everyone finds their place, commits long-term, and gives their best. Your role includes welcoming and integrating new volunteers, monitoring motivation and engagement, managing schedules with projects, providing listening support and mediation when needed.
