Mission description

As a user representative, you voluntarily defend the rights and interests of all healthcare users. You express their individual and collective needs to help improve the healthcare system. You will ensure respect for patients' rights, facilitate their procedures, and improve their care within the health facility. You should be a good listener, show empathy, inform and support patients.
