Mission description

The user representative (UR) voluntarily defends the rights and interests of all health system users. They express individual and collective needs to help improve the health system. Are you a health system user? Do you want to help improve patient reception and care in a hospital or clinic? Become a user representative and you will be able to ensure patient rights are respected, facilitate their procedures, and improve their care. You should be a good listener with empathy, able to inform and support patients.
