Volunteer Coordinator role: You play an essential part in organizing Résonansemble concerts. Ensure coordination between musicians and facility teams (hospitals, care homes, specialized centers, etc.), contribute to musician comfort and welcome, and collect feedback to measure the impact of musical interventions. Ideal candidate: Available regularly on weekdays and/or Saturdays, afternoons. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit long-term. Organized, responsive, comfortable with WhatsApp and email. Dynamic, friendly, and compassionate. Interest in music and associative work.
