If you've been married several years and wish to inform future newlyweds about civil marriage rights and obligations, come share the value of marriage as a stable framework for couples and families. Meetings occur in a nearby city hall or via videoconference, lasting 2 hours, conducted in pairs with another volunteer. City civil service representatives or notaries may co-facilitate certain sessions.
