Working closely with the operations assistant, support the Private Housing Mobilization Manager (Solidary Landlords program) and Works Manager overseeing property rehabilitation and improvement projects with Habitat and Humanisme Rhône. With the Mobilization Manager, you'll archive and digitize files, enter documents in the ICS software, complete property records and update ISIS database information and Excel tracking sheets. With the Works Manager, prepare and send work orders and reports to companies.
