Working closely with the operations assistant, you'll support the Private Housing Mobilization Manager (Propriétaires Solidaires program) and the Works Manager overseeing rehabilitation and improvement projects for Habitat et Humanisme Rhône's real estate portfolio. Your tasks will include: archiving and digitizing files; recording documents in ICS software; completing lot forms in ICS; updating information in ISIS software and Excel tracking sheets; and preparing and sending work orders and meeting reports to contractors.
