Design guides and tutorials for a social impact project

Mission description

We're seeking volunteers to join a team documenting a social impact project. The goal is making an innovative tool simpler to understand, use and adopt for future users. We need people to structure information, clarify user journeys, write useful materials and transform complex products into accessible content. Contribute by writing user guides, FAQs and onboarding materials; designing simple tutorials; structuring clear knowledge bases; reformulating content pedagogically; or identifying improvement opportunities.
