I manage a phone line for a solidarity mobility service

Mission description

The Solidarity Mobility Service is a mutual aid initiative where volunteer drivers donate their time to help beneficiaries with daily travel—shopping, medical appointments, visiting family. Beneficiaries are socially isolated and precarious people in rural areas, able to travel freely without financial constraints. We need volunteers to staff the phone line Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You will be trained on our digital tools, answer beneficiary calls, and record their transport requests.
