I repair items and share my technical skills at a monthly Repair Café in La Défense

Mission description

As a volunteer, you welcome participants and examine and repair their items together. You help them find the cause of the problem, disassemble objects when possible, perform necessary checks, identify defective parts, make simple repairs, find replacement parts, and help them understand how their device works. Participants help with repairs while you teach. Not all repairs succeed, but a diagnosis or useful advice is already a great outcome. This mission lets you put your skills to use while fighting planned obsolescence and teaching practical knowledge.
