Mission description

Support information management for E2C Paris. Together, simplify and integrate our IT systems to better coordinate missions and volunteers supporting 500 young people in job insertion. Modernize our tool usage to facilitate 45 volunteers' work. Our organization supports 16-25 year-olds (up to 30 for those with disabilities) seeking professional integration and civic engagement. Focus on three main areas: analyze and optimize workflows including volunteer onboarding, mission scheduling, and knowledge management.
