I support a young person with literacy challenges in reading, writing, numeracy, oral expression, and spatial orientation
WE KERMission description
The volunteer accompanies a young person (ages 16-30) with literacy challenges through weekly workshops. The objective is to support the young person by working on foundational skills: reading, writing, numeracy, oral expression, and spatial and temporal orientation. An initial level assessment is conducted. You'll join the We Ker volunteer network of over 60 volunteers. Location is arranged close to either the young person's or volunteer's home. Hours are flexible and agreed upon with your partner. Training is provided before starting, with thematic workshops offered throughout the year.
