KODIKO RENNESMission description
Join the Kodiko program mentoring a refugee seeking professional autonomy. As a mentor, play a key role in their labor market integration. You'll join 55 mentor-mentee pairs, matched based on your profession, sector, network, or interests. Share advice and experience through 2 monthly meetings (1-2 hours each) for 5 months in a location you choose together, supporting your mentee based on their needs.
