KODIKO RENNES

Kodiko believes in a more inclusive society where diversity of backgrounds is perceived as a source of social, cultural, and economic wealth. Kodiko wants every refugee to be able to showcase their talents and skills in a chosen job within inclusive companies that are open to cultural diversity and varied professional backgrounds. To achieve this, Kodiko fosters connections between refugees and an ecosystem of committed professionals, and facilitates the sharing of knowledge and job search skills and/or training opportunities in France. On the other side, Kodiko supports companies in becoming more inclusive through awareness-raising and assistance in sourcing, recruiting, and integrating refugees into employment. Since 2016, Kodiko has offered a mentoring program between refugees and company employees that has directly reached over 2,500 refugees. Our association has been present through its office in Rennes since 2021.
