Enfants de la République (EDLR) is a secular, independent, non-partisan association working to transmit, strengthen, and protect Republican values—Liberty, Equality, Fraternity, Secularism—based on the Charter of Rights and Duties of French Citizens (articles 21-24 of the Civil Code). EDLR is launching the Enfants de la République Observatory: not just a research center, but a rigorous, fact-based framework for reading information in times of misinformation and polarization. It will issue a French Citizenship Index with an annual barometer, produce "Observatory Reports," and conduct an unprecedented initiative: analyzing the compatibility of 2027 presidential candidates' programs with Republican principles.
