Loneliness is especially acute in the Centre region, where 44% reported frequent loneliness and 16% feel lonely daily. Volunteers from Petits Frères des Pauvres work in the field with proximity-based actions to rebuild connections. Within a volunteer team, visit elderly people at home or in facilities to break their isolation.
