I support beneficiaries in navigating administrative and social matters

Mission description

You welcome, listen to, and provide administrative and/or financial support to people in difficulty. You'll join an established volunteer team who will train you; existing volunteers mentor new ones, and you always meet with beneficiaries alongside at least one other volunteer. The organization provides training to help you feel confident. As part of a solidarity shop team, you conduct individual meetings with beneficiaries for active listening, help with administrative procedures, and may review requests for financial assistance to refer to headquarters.
