Finding your first job or apprenticeship isn't easy without guidance. Young people contact us for help with applications (CV, cover letter, interview prep, job search techniques). As a mentor, you guide one young person at your own pace through our platform. After identifying areas where you can help, you develop an action plan and follow their progress. A typical mentorship lasts three months at 2-3 hours monthly. Become a mentor to promote equal opportunity.
