I participate long-term in organizing a sports event

Mission description

Your role will be to contribute to organizing a sports event from conception through the day itself, as part of the coordinating team. During our dance school's fall open houses, we host two weeks of free activities for everyone to discover our offerings. This is a key moment for discovery, meeting, and sharing around dance, and represents strong engagement potential for our school. We're seeking a volunteer to help welcome the public and ensure smooth open house operations. You will welcome people exploring the school and guide them to different classes, provide information about our activities, and help with setup and organization.
