I manage volunteer recruitment and integration for UNICEF

Mission description

Actively participate in recruiting volunteers for the Alpes Provence committee. Concretely, you'll: establish recruitment, welcome, and retention strategy with the committee president and general secretary; update announcements on volunteer platforms (Benevolt, Tous bénévoles, Je veux aider) and respond to applications; conduct first contact meetings with prospective volunteers via video or in-person; organize information sessions on available volunteer missions; ensure proper integration of new volunteers into committee teams and participate in monthly steering committee meetings and quarterly committee seminars.
