France's leading family-based association, Familles Rurales has supported families since 1943 across rural and peri-urban areas. It is also a key player in social and solidarity economics and popular education. Launched in 2023 in Langonnet, the "Même Pas Peur" program aims to promote empowerment, self-confidence and civic engagement among rural girls aged 13-18. As a volunteer facilitator, you support and co-lead a group of 3-6 girls in a supportive, single-gender, warm setting. The goal is to help them build confidence, express themselves and make their voices heard, and broaden their horizons.
