Four days a week, the association recovers surplus food from collective kitchens (schools, central kitchens, daycare centers). These are unconsumed items that we collect and redistribute the same day to partner organizations or community services. Volunteers support the association's staff, are informed of hygiene standards, and carry boxes of food.
