Offer homeless women a 25-minute session of compassionate touch and give them a moment for themselves during their difficult daily lives. By volunteering, you provide gentle, comforting contact to people experiencing exclusion and isolation, helping them reconnect with their body's sensations. You'll learn basic techniques that you can later share with loved ones outside this mission.
