Mission description

ECCOFOR, a production school, fights against the exclusion of struggling youth by offering an innovative training program that facilitates their social and professional inclusion. Within 2 training tracks, each group of 6 to 10 young people aged 15 to 18, both boys and girls, train by completing metalwork projects or automotive maintenance work commissioned by businesses, individuals, and local authorities. Young people prepare a diploma and learn a trade at their own pace through practice while strengthening their basic knowledge. The association is seeking motivated volunteers to support students in their education, build their confidence, and consolidate their learning.
