Friendly Educational Support (E.S.A) invites students, working professionals, and retirees to volunteer weekly supporting students whose parents cannot help them academically. The mission includes personalized support for the child (building confidence, teaching methodology, guidance), opening the child's world, and helping parents become more involved in their child's education. For over 50 years, E.S.A has supported more than 4,000 struggling students from disadvantaged families across France each year, thanks to 3,900 volunteers who help these young people regain confidence and succeed in their studies.
