Join a volunteer team to welcome, listen to, and support people in difficulty with administrative and financial matters. You'll work in pairs with other volunteers and receive training from the organization. Your role includes active listening, helping with administrative procedures, and assisting with financial aid requests as part of a solidarity shop team.
