Mission description

The resident recruitment volunteer supports the association in finding future residents for the Maison de l'enVie. They develop connections with structures likely to refer candidates, present the project, and follow up on applications until residents move in. Tasks include: identifying structures that can refer future residents (peer support groups, clubhouses, various support services, job centers, associations, social workers, hospitals, etc.), presenting the Maisons de l'enVie project to partners and building a network, answering initial inquiries and directing interested people, organizing first visits and introductions with the team, and ensuring follow-up.
