Institut de l'EngagementMission description
The Institute for Engagement identifies young people after volunteering and helps them pursue promising future projects matching their potential. After written applications are reviewed, candidates participate in orientation and admission interviews before a jury of 3-5 members from different professional backgrounds. Their varied perspectives help assess candidates' potential as future Institute fellows. In a supportive approach, jury members provide advice to candidates, help them reflect on their project, and deepen their motivations.
