I lead a mentoring branch to support young people toward success

Mission description

Proxité is a mentoring association supporting young people toward academic, personal, and professional success. Under the coordination of the territorial manager and mentoring manager in Saint-Denis, you will: welcome young/mentor pairs 2 evenings per week (5-8 PM) at the branch, indicating reserved rooms via WhatsApp; follow up with pairs by building trust with young people, families, and mentors; monitor meeting frequency and attendance with follow-ups for absences; collect monthly activity tracking data (hours completed, attendance, topics).
