Mission description

The ORA mission (Objective Succeed Apprenticeship) is a national program helping young people seeking apprenticeship contracts or working in companies avoid dropping out. Upon request, young people confidentially explain their support needs and solution options are provided over short or long terms. You share your experience in a personalized, caring relationship. Tutoring/mentoring missions for higher education students are also offered through diploma completion. Volunteers receive ORA mentoring training and are part of a network. They travel or use video conferencing.
