Mission description

Autisme 22 has no salaried staff—only parents, families, and highly committed volunteers. The association runs solely on energy from a few people giving time, often alongside intense daily lives. Neurodevelopmental disorders like autism and ADHD impact executive functions, planning, task initiation. Volunteering, despite good intentions, can be very difficult for many members. Everything rests on a handful of volunteers. We attempted more structure through a Local Development Plan leading to hiring a worker.
