I install teleassistance devices in the homes of elderly people

Mission description

Respond to requests from elderly and/or dependent people and participate in teleassistance setup: participate in teleassistance service training, receive installation requests from the local ADMR association or departmental federation, explain service operation to clients, handle contracts and installation with subscribers and families, and ensure service follow-up including maintenance requests. The volunteer works alone at an elderly person's home to install teleassistance.
