I organize the association's participation in flea markets and local events

Mission description

1000 Mains et Merveilles wants to participate regularly in flea markets, swap meets, and local events to increase awareness and strengthen local impact. We're looking for a motivated team of 3 to 6 volunteers to organize this participation independently. The mission includes: structuring the project (objectives, organization, role distribution, appointing 2 co-coordinators); identifying relevant events; managing registrations; preparing materials and items; setting up, running, and dismantling the stand; presenting the association, its activities, and needs to the public; coordinating communication with our community manager; and evaluating the operation.
