I welcome and guide people during in-person and/or phone office hours

Mission description

This mission primarily aims to reduce isolation and loneliness for people we serve and provide specific guidance during dedicated office hours. Within the organization, you'll choose a time slot for in-person and/or phone office hours. Depending on needs, you may welcome people in person—greeting them warmly and without judgment, offering refreshments, listening, and orienting them as needed—or answer phones and provide support to people in financial difficulty. Training is provided.
