Soyons le Changement accompanies 13-30 year-olds to help them find their path and understand the professional world while changing professionals' and organizations' perspectives on youth. With our team of 8 employees in 2026, we support hundreds of young people across Nouvelle Aquitaine departments through: career exploration workshops with inspiring professionals, transferable skills development, and youth-led collective projects to build confidence and agency.
