Mission description

Welcome people during the second 'orientation' appointment and as needed, working in pairs, to inform them of center resources and deepen the discussion. Continue identifying needs: access to social rights, housing, employment, leisure, vacations, and French language learning. Provide information on rights, benefits, and available support programs. Direct people to competent resources: within the activity center, neighboring Restos centers, or local public organizations and associations. Propose follow-up of provided orientation. Key skills: Listening and dialogue capacity without judgment, respect for confidentiality rules.
