Located in La Côte Saint André, Jean-Marie Vianney school welcomes 24 young people from age 14 to prepare for CAP certification in restaurant production and service through real work experience. Students study for 2-3 years: 2/3 kitchen, 1/3 general education (French, history, math, English). They produce approximately 250 meals daily for school and external clients. The school seeks volunteers to support young people with learning differences during general education classes.
