As part of a leadership pair with a paid staff member, you will manage the association in consultation with a volunteer team. Together you ensure proper functioning and implementation of board decisions. Working with the local paid manager and volunteers, you coordinate projects, animate association activities, represent the organization, and oversee its administrative and financial management in accordance with ADMR Vendée network values.
