I coordinate and lead a territorial volunteer team

Mission description

Become a volunteer coordinator for a territorial team. This role exists to help Karbé Kréyol implement its mission at the local level and create a bridge between organizational direction and local realities. Territorial teams include members, volunteers, and local partners. The coordinator ensures team animation and cohesion, facilitates action implementation, and ensures local initiatives remain aligned with the association's values, objectives, and priorities.
